Our organization started from humble small beginnings in Western Sydney. Our team comes from a diverse automobile background with everything from fleet management to vehicle repair. Each of these diverse backgrounds helps us develop into the multi faceted company we are today. We provide an array of different services all surrounded around improving the car rental experience. We consistently aim to integrate each department to further enhance our ability to adapt to changing customer demands. We make significant investment into our systems, processes and staff training. This training and investment is surrounded and built upon our core pillars of sustainability. These pillars have been established since our humble beginnings years ago and continue to remain a strong part of which we are today and how we conduct our business. 
 
Our core pillars include exceeding customer service expectations, safeguarding customer safety and delivering competitive affordability on all fronts of our business services. Our team have recently made further customer service investment by ensuring we are available at extended hours for our customers. Our customer service team has also established a social media platform whereby we are able to interact and provide content that engages our community.
